Film, Foley, and Fun!

I learned a lot in the 9 hours spent editing today. My favorite part was learning that film strips make great foley grass sound. We basically just got a bunch of film strips of different lengths and width, and recorded takes of us walking on the strips, and crunching them in our hands to get a softer sound. I thought I’d share this tip for all the audio geeks out there or anyone interested in random facts! Cheers!
